Solar panel selection suggestions

  1. For charging a 12V battery, use a 15-23V solar panel.
  2. Charging a 24V battery, use 30-46V solar panel.
  3. Charge a 36V battery with a 45-66V solar panel.
  4. Charging a 48V battery with a 60-90V solar panel.
  5. Do not use solar panels rated at 24V/36V/48V to charge a 12V battery, as the voltage difference may be too large, potentially causing overheating and damaging the controller. To ensure stable system operation, the user-selected photovoltaic panel power should not exceed 80% of the controller's full load power.

Wiring instructions

The controller is connected for the first time to ensure that the battery voltage can be accurately identified.

The voltage of a 12V battery is higher than 10V

The voltage of a 24V battery is higher than 20V

The voltage of a 36V battery is higher than 30V

The voltage of a 48V battery is higher than 40V

The controller wiring should first be connected to the battery, then to the photovoltaic panel, and finally to the DC load
